If you decide you do not want the image you ordered you may return it to me and I will credit your account. You will need to pay all shipping charges, and it must arrive undamaged.

What do I do if the picture arrived damaged?
Immediatly contact me by phone or email. All shipments are insured and I go to great lenghts to package the image properly. If the damaged was caused by the shipper we will have to follow their instructions for making a claim. I will do the best I can to expedite this process, but it can take some time. The shipper will probably issue a call tag, which means they will pick up the damaged package. They will look it over at their facility and then send it back to me. Once I get the damaged article back, I will ship a replacement immediatly.

If there is a manufacturing defect I will work with you to figure out the best method to replace the defective article. I may or may not have it shipped back to me. If the article is defective I will pay the freight to get it back to me.
